This is the ideal tool for installation work or workshop. The Festool Guide Rail 800mm (0.8m) is the ideal way to cut or rout straight lines. Its durable anodized aluminium construction has tracks that can take clamps for clamping it down, or fit connectors to join to a second track, therefore extending the length.The non-skids rubber strips on the underneath side prevents movement during cutting, with the integrated splinterguard aiding to align the cut each time perfectly. The integrated splinterguard is cut the first time the rail is used by the saw, so lining up the rail is just a matter of positioning it to a mark, clamping and cutting, all while preventing chipping.
