Standard shipping for heavy machinery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Smaller tools and accessories are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

Currently, we ship primarily within our domestic regions to ensure product safety and warranty compliance. Please contact our support team for specific inquiries regarding overseas freight.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If a tool or machine is found to be defective, Carbatec will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
