Precision CNC machined, the Carbatec Long Nose Jaws are specially designed for mounting on Carbatec Chucks. Featuring an extra-long 50 mm “nose,” these jaws provide exceptional reach, making them ideal for intricate or hard-to-access areas of your project.

• Maximum Speed: 750 RPM in expanding hold, 600 RPM in clamping hold.
• Clamping Capacity: Serrated jaws ensure a secure grip on square stock 29–50 mm and round stock 40–60 mm (recommended for end-grain only).
• Expanding Hold: Outer dovetail profile allows 54–73 mm, ideal for bowls up to 200 mm diameter and 100 mm depth; optimal recess diameter 56 mm.
